It will take some time to see that happening. It will take some time to change the students, but we will need to drive the message into the students' head. I remember when BIT started in 2001, at the beginning actually the students stood up and greet the Lecturers, although there was no GST culture at that time. But after a while, after benchmarking themselves with students from other courses, they stopped doing that.
