To qualify student family household income must lower than $1,500 OR Per Capita Income lower than $375.00. Details please refer to the attached file. Class Advisor (ask Mr Wee Lian) need to endorse the Section D of the application form. Student had to submit the duly completed form directly to : Chinese Development Assistance Council 65 Tanjong Katong Road Singapore 436957 The application form obtainable at Clementi Campus Admin Office.
