Wednesday, May 03, 2006 I seek your cooperation to inform all your students to empty all lockers immediately. Any items found in the lockers by 5 May 06 will be disposed off. Application forms for the lockers can be obtained from me (Mr Masduki) on Mon 8 May 06 and once completed to be returned on the same day. You can send your class rep to collect the application forms from me. The period of use will be from 8 May 06 to 15 Dec 06 by which they have to empty their lockers to be reissued again in Jan 2007.
